Part 4 Wrap-up and Conclusion
This webinar delivered an expert-led exploration of conduction system pacing (CSP), combining scientific context, new data from HRS 2025 and practical procedural insight to support clinical application.
Moderated by Dr Óscar Cano (Hospital Universitario y Politécnico La Fe, Valencia, ES), the session began with Science of Pacing Future Horizons, offering a forward-looking overview of CSP’s foundational principles and evolving role in electrophysiology. This introduction set the stage for deeper discussion across the session. Dr Gaurav A. Upadhyay (University of Chicago Medicine, US) then presented New Insights Coming from HRS 2025: Latest Analysis from INSIGHT-LBBA. He reviewed newly released data from the INSIGHT-LBBA study, highlighting its relevance to CSP techniques and patient outcomes. This segment provided a critical evidence-based update on clinical trends and implications that emerged from the latest HRS congress.
Finally, Prof Matteo Bertini (Università degli Studi, Ferrara, IT) led Lessons from the Lab: Overcoming Challenges with Case in a Box. Through a step-by-step procedural review, he demonstrated real-world techniques and troubleshooting strategies for CSP implantation. His presentation addressed common technical barriers and provided practical tips for improving procedural success. The session concluded with a live Q&A, offering the opportunity to engage directly with faculty, clarify key points and expand understanding of CSP’s role in contemporary cardiac care.
